Are you a seasoned one of these:

  • Creative director
  • Content strategist
  • Community manager
  • Copywriter (short-form and long-form)
  • Designer (graphic, creative, strategic, presentation, digital content, HTML and print media)
  • Event manager
  • Event coordinator
  • Event administrator
  • Event site manager
  • Strategic researcher

With these non-negotiables:

  • Minimum of five years of relevant prior experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing big-picture concerns like client requirements, and creative/strategic direction…with details like budgets.
  • A keen eye for detail and high-level quality control skills
  • Strong attention to detail and high-level quality control skills.
  • We’re a dynamic and diverse team, working very closely together, so you must be an enthusiastic team player, but equally be able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Exceptional computer skills, and technology literacy – including (but not limited to) MS Office Suite, cloud-sharing and collaboration platforms, and AI tools.
  • Graphic designers must also be experienced and confident in the Mac Suite Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, with strong PowerPoint, content creation, mock-ups, and layout skills.
  • Thrive under high-pressure situations – the ability to rise above high-pressure constraints (scope changes, limited resources, short timeframes etc.) and solve problems quickly and efficiently.
  • Communication – effective written and verbal communication is also essential in this role since you’ll be working with clients, internal teams, and vendors.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with deep client service experience.

And are:

  • Open to charging on a per-project basis if a project warrants.
  • Literate in project management software/platforms.
  • A licenced driver with own transport.
