For many companies, incentive trips are a crucial part of the process of awarding and rewarding employees. Over the years we’ve been lucky enough to have the opportunity to plan some truly epic incentive trips for our clients, from South African adventures for larger groups, to some remarkable overseas excursions for small groups of high-achievers.
Here’s a look at some of our favourite incentive trips that we’ve planned for our clients in recent years.
The ‘Kenya Incentive’ was a custom-made executive incentive trip where guests enjoyed a stay at the Amboseli National Park at the foot of Kilimanjaro. Our group flew and met with a Masai Mara tribe, had lunch in the Ingora Crater in Tanzania, enjoyed hot air ballooning whilst witnessing the end of the great migration and enjoyed a night of entertainment from Kayamba Africa.
The ‘Iceland Incentive’ was a thrilling bespoke executive incentive trip, where guests experienced various uniquely Icelandic activities and experiences, such as snowmobiling, ice hiking up glaciers, extreme 4×4, helicopter flips to the top of a volcano, cave crawling, as well as tasting local delicacies, such as whale. Leisure time included spa treatments, exceptional dining and snow-angel perfecting; after which guests were treated to stop-overs in London & Paris on their way home.
The ‘Namibia Incentive’ was custom built strategy breakaway to Swakopmund, Namibia, where guests attended strategy conferences, mixed with activities such as dune boarding, quad biking, marine exploration and unique desert dining.
