New Projects Team Leader – Leilani de Graad

Worx Group are incredibly proud to announce that Leilani de Graad has been promoted to the position of Projects Team Leader.

When Leilani joined our team 18 months ago as a Senior Project Manager, she immediately found a home with us as part of the Worx Group family. With a wealth of experience in the industry, including theatre-craft, hospitality, and events, we’ve been inspired by Leilani’s passion, creativity, and attention to detail from day one with us. These traits, along with her infectious positivity and leadership abilities, make her one of the very best in the industry, and there’s no doubt that she puts the client strongly at the heart of everything she does, producing real results.

With regards to her new role, Leilani is looking forward to being an even more integral part of Worx Group’s strong growth drive to bring new and innovative solutions for our clients with her wonderful team supporting her: “It is so great knowing that hard work pays off, and being given this amazing opportunity to grow and mentor others as well and hopefully inspire as much as they inspire me.”

We can’t wait to see Leilani grow her Project team using her unique style to nurture client relationships and lead her colleagues and team members in the Worx Group way. In recognition of her new role and to expand her experience even further, Leilani will be joining Design Team Leader Gerrit Breitenbach at Design Indaba on behalf of Worx Group in March this year.
